Alec's Commission Info

The client waives the right to cancel, chargeback or request a refund under any circumstance once the commission has gone past the sketch stage. In which case a partial refund may be requested.

Payment is done upfront via PayPal invoice method, in Euros.

The pieces will never be for a commercial use.

Any revisions after the commission is finished invokes a fee determined on a case by case basis.

The artist (Alec) reserves the right to cancel and issue a refund at any time.

Work in Progress (WIP) are provided for approval only during the sketch and color phase unless the artist (Alec) decides otherwise.

Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist (Alec).

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.

Remove any watermarks.

Alter the artwork in any way.

Take credit for the creation of the artwork.

Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially (make money from it in any way).
